 Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Knowledge in Kurdish is a strong asset

 Computer Literate; proficiency in use of Excel, Word, Outlook

 University Diploma in relevant field

Personal Competencies Required:

 Good interpersonal and communication skills

 Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

 Ability to work well within a multicultural team

Job Description:

  1. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  Ensure at all time the tracking of each vehicle/team/expat  Manage the Vehicles tracking system.  Be available at all time to answer sms and tracking phone call  Communicate with HI staffs (Nationals + expatriates) and drivers.  Takes proactive steps to alert drivers in case of violation and inform fleet and security focal point.

 Capability to understand and read statistical information.

 Prepare daily vehicle follow-up according to last movement plan.  Report directly to security focal point all information for emergency cases in link safety and security.  Understand the GPS tracking system and follow each GPS at all time.  Be able to explain to drivers how to use the GPS  Be able to explain HI employee the reasons to track and how to do it and when.  Responsible of the tracking phone and tracking equipment.  When leaving for lunch break or other reasons, inform the line manager (Do never leave your post unattended) 2. RULES MUST BE OBSERVED  Be present at office at 5:30am for morning shift  Be present at 12pm at office for afternoon shift  Must prepare the daily follow up according to movement plan. Anticipate daily movement.  Must communicate with Fleet and tracking officer and must know movements and movement changes at all time.  Must give a proper 30 min handover to colleague when time shift is finished  Must be able to know at all time where is located each vehicle, each team, each expatriate  Must record all movements, phone call, tracking points, communication,…  Must know NES maps  Must know time and distances between locations  Must providing quick information during emergency cases for safety and security aspects directly to security focal point.

 Must inform directly fleet and tracking officer for any movement change or issues.  Must know perfectly authorized and unauthorized roads and areas  Must inform directly driver, fleet manager and security focal point if un validated road is taken  Work in cooperation spirit with HI staffs 3. IT IS FORBIDDEN  to leave tracking phone  to leave your post unattended  to do not answer the phones  to give order to drivers  to take decision on movement  to take decision on security/safety issues

Note that this job description must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager.
