Job Requirements:        

Essential

  • University Graduate or student
  • Previous experience in HR, admin, employee relations and any other relevant fields.
  • Excellent skills in communication and dealing with others.
  • Good attention to details and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, flexible and hard working.
  • Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver induction briefing/training
  • Very good Computer skills (Especially in WORD, Excel and Outlook)
  • Very good English skill – written and spoken.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Ein Issa- candidates from Ein Issa or Raqqa are strongly preferred for local knowledge
  • Previous experience in working with humanitarian organization.

Job Description:

HR support

  • Receive and coordinate staff leave requests for Ein Issa office with Amuda HR team.
  • Support staff induction process and maintain an induction database.
  • Coordinate with Derek HR team to have complete personnel files.
  • Coordinate with Derek HR team and Logistics the arrival of new staff.
  • Support Performance review system and track documents.
  • Filing of HR files as requested.
  • Ensure time sheets of Ein Issa Staff are collected and submitted to Derek Admin team on monthly basis.

Recruitment

  • Identify new sources of candidates.
  • Organise Interviews.
  • Check References.
  • Posting ads in Ein Issa and the surrounding
  • Participate in Interviews when requested.
  • Prepare job offers, contracts when requested

 Administration Support

  • Prepare Procurement Requests timely related to Office/Guest House supplies for Ein Issa and Kobani.
  • Follow up with lease contract (office, warehouses) in Ein Issa and Kobani in coordination with Derek Admin team
  • Follow up/track and monitor attendance sheets of Ein Issa staff and share it with Derek Admin team on regular basis
  • Support all administrative procedures of moving to a new office or guest house space, work closely with logistics to complete all processes on time.
  • Help day to day running of the office.
