Other Information’s:
Purpose: The Consultant will undertake the role of Recruitment Specialist to manage recruitment process of national staff in support of achieving program objectives in North East Syria
Duration: 3 (three months)
Reporting to: Human Resources Advisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years related professional experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment for international NGO;
- Excellent knowledge of human resources policy and processes;
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to develop positive working relationship with hiring managers
- Professional, resilient and solution oriented
- Cross-cultural sensitivity with strong ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- Excellent organizational skill with high attention to details
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database including recruitment tracking
- Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to travel within Derik, Amouda and Hassekeh vicinity when required
- Relevant educational background

Job Description:
The Consultant will be responsible for overall recruitment process and its stages, including but not limited to providing technical assistance to hiring managers for the development of job description and vacancy announcement, selection of job applications through longlisting and shortlisting procedures, participate in interview process and liaise with HR team for completing document required for pre-employment process and induction program for newly hired staff.
