- University/college or at least institute degree in administration, human resources or relevant field. Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area, one year with NGOs. Requirements:
- Proven admin or assistant experience, Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent reporting, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Responsible for handling stationery
- Responsible for office supplies.
- Translation of requested documents.
- Keeping and following up maintenance of the office A and B.
- Responsible for filing admin documents.
- Working as data entry as required.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail
- Write business letters, reports or office memoranda using word processing program.
- Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes
- Supervising the service man
