متطلبات العمل:

  • Experience of working in the humanitarian field and NES camps
  • Excellent understanding of the complexity and the situation of children (girls and boys) in camps.
  • Very srong communication skills and ability to deal with all diverse groups of people
  • Strong Kurdish/Arabic skills, English skills to be good as a minimum requirement.
  • Good computer skills, ability to work indepently on computers.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team;
  • Highly motivated, active, self-starter who can take initiative.
  • Demonstrated commitment to improving the lives of children.
  • Ability to travel independently, and willingness to change work practices and hours and spend time in the field, sometimes in difficult conditions and with limited resources.
  • Commitment to and understanding of the organization aims, values and principles including rights-based approaches

 

الوصف الوظيفي:

Education Programme Incentive Worker will work in the camps of Amuda to do supervision, monitoring and supporting the Education Programme Officer in all education activities in both camps( Al-Hol, and Arisha).

ECCD activities:

  • Supervise and be a focal point for ECCDs, and TLSs activities, in terms of planning, following up, developing, documentation and others.
  • Provide trainings related to ED.
  • Monitoring ELM at home sessions
  • Provide reports and improvement measures related to ECCDs, and TLSs
  • Work on the recruitment of ECCDs, and TLSs facilitators and their induction
  • Prepare ECCDs, and TLSs documentations
  • Lead and participate in ECCDs, and TLSs related assessments like IDELA and other assessments
  • Support MEAL and education teams in collecting lessons learned and organizing lessons learned workshops.
  • Support in enhancement of system for data collection to maximize efficiency.
  • Upon collection of data, accurately enter all data into education program database to enable analysis and learning

Liaison:

  • Liaise with camp administration and other stakeholders about education activities in close coordination with Education Officer

Monitoring:

  • Monitor the activities of life skills and improve the quality of the activity
  • Monitor the book bank activity and improve the quality
  • In close coordination with Education Officer and MEAL Officer, improving monitoring and accountability mechanisms in both camps
