متطلبات العمل:
- University degree in psychology, social work, pedagogy, social sciences or another relevant field.
- Minimum one-year experience working with an INGO or LNGO.
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in protection, child protection, case management other related area with a minimum of 6 months’ work experience with NGOs.
- Previous experience working in a programming focusing on affected women and girls is mandatory.
الوصف الوظيفي:
Program planning and implementation:
- responsible of the protection/WGSS centre management and ensure strict compliance to its SOPs. Develop weekly schedule of activities for the centre and ensure its dissemination with Protection Assistants.
- Conduct safety audits and other risks assessments activities with Protection Assistants and Case Workers to identify risks and compile findings/reports submitted to supervisor for final compilation to inform advocacy on identified risks affecting women and girls.
- responsible for the implementation of women’ empowerment activities to build women and girls’ capacities and resilience and ability to claim for their rights.
- Participate in needs assessments and data collection exercises when required; ensuring GBV-sensitive interview technics are implemented.
Coordination and networking:
- Work closely with staff and volunteers (including other programs) on the implementation of all WPE/GBV related activities.
- Maintain liaison with the local government officials, other I/NGO’s and community-based organization’s (CBO) at the community level to ensure their cooperation and coordination for effective implementation of the program in the areas.
- Represent the Organization on local exercises in his/her geographic area of responsibility.
Reporting and information management:
- Collect data on regularly base and regularly update individual monitoring files of the Program beneficiaries.
- Ensure women and girls’ feedbacks are systematically sought during the implementation of the activities and recorded.
Program resources:
- Use program resources effectively and with care. Raise to the line manager any material/service needed for the delivery of WPE activities.
- Contribute to the design of specific in-kind material assistance for women and girls at-risk and GBV survivors and be responsible for the transportation of cases to service providers when needed.
- Contribute to raising purchase requests when required.
