متطلبات العمل:

University degree in psychology, social work, pedagogy, social sciences or another relevant field.
Minimum one-year experience working with an INGO or LNGO.
At least 2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in protection, GBV/WPE, child protection, case management other related area with a minimum of 6 months’ work experience with NGOs.

الوصف الوظيفي:

Job Responsibility 1: Program planning and implementation

Ensure understanding of case management and referrals among targeted communities
Support the Protection Program Officer in identifying groups the most at-risk of GBV and protection concerns.
Ensure protection risks are continuously monitored in a safe, organized and ethical way and prepare regular reports for the line manager. Ensure data related to case management and referrals are managed in a safe and ethical way;
Identify women and girls GBV survivors in need of case management services Provide counselling to GBV cases and family members

Job Responsibility 2: Coordination and networking

Work closely with the organization staff and volunteers (including other programs) and receive internal referrals.
Internally refer GBV survivors in need of PSS services to the organization psychologist. Provide Psychological First Aid and life-saving assistance when needed.
Coordinate referrals of GBV survivors to service providers and ensure appropriate assistance is delivered.
Participate in case management meetings and initiate case conferences as appropriate.

Job Responsibility 3: Reporting and information management

Ensure proper record keeping of cases, ensuring confidentiality of data (including soft and hard data).
Collect data on regularly base and regularly update individual monitoring files of the Program beneficiaries.

Job Responsibility 4: Personal management and team-working

Participate in the management of the program’s activities, according to the strategies for reaching the objectives.
Identify the problems associated with the delivery of the program and inform line manager, HR, logistics, beneficiaries in accordance to line manager’s orientations.

Job Responsibility 5: Logistics

Contribute to the design of specific in-kind material assistance for GBV survivors and be responsible for the transportation of cases to service providers when needed.
Contribute to the development of procurement plans and raise purchase requests when required.
Bring special attention to risks of fraud and corruption and ensure the organization whistleblowing policy and mechanisms are disseminated and understood by the team.
Submit weekly movement plans according to the program priorities and weekly plan.

Job Responsibility 6: PSEA and Child Safeguarding

Ensure understanding of and compliance to the organization PSEA and Child Safeguarding policies and reporting mechanisms.
Support PSEA survivors with life-saving assistance and further reporting.
