متطلبات العمل:

  • Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people
  • University Degree, 3 years experience in operations departments .
  • Previous NGO experience added advantage
  • Ability to be pay attention to details.
  • Good on excel and word miscrosoft operating system
  • Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with project personnel
  • Good in English and Arabic-Kurdish.
  • Computer literate and strong organizational skills.
  • Respect for diversity and descrition to deal with sensitive and confidential information

الوصف الوظيفي:

  • Make sure that all needs for the center are provided well and in time.
  • Preparing the center ,meetings room and providing the required needs for the activities.
  • Ensure all day to day office requirements and supplies are in place.
  • Assist center focal point for Liaison with the authority for all required approvals and clearances .
  • Organize accommodations requirement when needed for our staff.
  • Monitor the center facilities ,generator follow up and all services contracts .
  • Follow up maintenance procedures for the center.
  • Managing fleet, vehicles check-up, log sheets,payments .
  • Update day to day vehicles conditions ,trips follow up and documentation.
  • Doing market survey and assessment ,collecting quotations and all required procurement documents which will be send by logistic staff.
  • Communicate with all department to get the services in best way ,building good relationship with all parties .
  • He/she will work under our policies and procedures.
  • Managing the stock and Assets in the center and peeping them in good condition.
  • Monitoring the stock ,asset with related procedures and tasks , reporting registers for stock and Asset .
  • Monitoring consumption of center needs (kitchen supplies ,stationary ,fuel etc) and take action accordingly.
  • Make sure that all security procedures are applicable and provided required equipment.
  • Make sure that the guards will be trained for safety& security procedures and the centr is secured.
  • Working with safety &security team to get all required steps ,items and equipment are in the center.
  • Supervision on Guards ,cleaners and receptionists (responsibilities, performance , reports, trainings ,timesheets etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned by center focal point.
  • Languages: Good command of English & Arabic speaking and writing.
