متطلبات العمل:
Education and Experience:
- Experience of conducting monitoring;
- Strong personal commitment to aid transparency and accountability;
- Understanding of protection principles and their practical application;
- Experience working for (inter)national NGOs (desired);
- Experience working in protection (mainstreaming) programs is considered an advantage.
Skills and Personality Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm despite setbacks, managing and meeting deadlines;
- Fluent in English and Arabic;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in multiple sectors;
- Willing and able to frequently travel to PIN offices and field sites;
- Ability to conduct training and awareness sessions;
- Capacity to prioritize and communicate effectively.
الوصف الوظيفي:
Protection mainstreaming:
- To support Protection and Education Programme Manager in developing and implementing protection mainstreaming guidelines for programme teams;

Support in the development, implementation and monitoring of PIN’s protection response plan including protection mainstreaming strategy, protection risk mapping and risk analysis;

Ensure that above mentioned protection mapping, risk analysis and planning are regularly consulted with beneficiaries and updated accordingly;

Closely follow-up, training and coaching of staff on communication with beneficiaries as regulated through the Community Feedback and Response Mechanism;

Responsible for the attendance and follow-up of community stakeholder meetings for projects with the programme teams;

Support the Protection Programme Manager in building capacity of all PIN staff on protection mainstreaming key standards, tools and good practices;

To act as referral focal point for internal and external referrals – recording requests for referrals, contacting internal or external referral partner, documenting follow up;

Support and guide PIN’s field staff who are responsible for protection activities and follow-up in the field;

Complete other tasks assigned by the Line Manager, corresponding to actual needs of the mission, programmes, and projects;

Understand and adhere to the mission’s National Staff Handbook, PIN Code of Conduct, PIN Key Policies and relevant guidelines.
