الوصف الوظيفي:

Support the Administrative management of personnel:

  • Post Job Vacancy announcement according to the diffusion strategy decided by her/his line manager, receive and participate to sort out applications, update regularly the line manager about the progress
  • Call applicants in all the steps of the recruitment process
  • Oversee the technical test and participate in interview of applicants upon request of the line manager
  • Classify and file properly recruitment folders
  • Draft contracts and amendments for staff
  • Organize the signature of the administrative documents from employees and collect all their administrative documents
  • Up-date and ensure proper documentation of the HR files and of HR digital files in Homere as per Solidarites International procedures (work contract, job description, personal administrative folder etc…)
  • Ensure 1st check of all staff administrative forms in compliance with donor and SI HR Policy (leave requests, per diem, allowances, overtime…)
  • Update the monthly employee’s follow-up, record salary advance and data in the software HOMERE on weekly basis
  • Check the monthly variables for each employee according to the attendance sheets, monthly planning and employee benefits for payroll purposes (transport, medical allowances, Eid Bonus…)
  • Prepare the monthly payroll in Homere and ensure the 1st check before to send it to the line manager for validation
  • After validation, print the payslip and send them to finance department

Reporting / Communication:

  • Ensure the publication of information on the information board received from his/her line manager
  • Report back all information or problems linked to his/her activity to his/her line manager
  • Ensure at least monthly visits in the field and reports any staff concern to her/his line manager

Ensure the confidentiality of all HR data’s
