RFQ/16CVZ/G7CAG/AMU/PRO/05-08-2019/1/AL MNAJEER
A non-governmental organization is implementing the project “Rehabilitation of productive assets (irrigation, bakeries, mills, granaries) in Northeast of Syria” is inviting contractors to submit offers for materials and services required to rehabilitate the Al Mnajeer public bakery in Al Ras Al Ain city.
منظمه غير حكوميه , تقوم بتنفيذ مشروع” إعادة تأهيل الأصول الإنتاجية )الري والمخابز والمطاحن ومخازن الحبوب(
شمال شرق سوريا” وهي تدعوا متعاقدين لتقديم عروضهم للمواد والخدمات اللازمة لإعادة تأهيل مخبز المناجير العام في
مدينة رأس العين.
Rehabilitation works will include, but are not limited to:
- Rehabilitation of two production lines in the bakery
o Supply and installation of engines
o Supply and installation of Furnace (Fire house)
o Supply and installation of polyester and spun Conveyor belts
o Supply and installation of some replacement parts
o Cleaning and painting the metal structure of the production line
- Rehabilitation of infrastructure of the bakery building
o Improving perimeter security (doors, windows, locks)
o Improving electrical wiring and lighting
o Repairing and/or installing basic plumbing equipment including water taps, faucets, basins
o Spot fixes (Remove smoke effects, plaster, paint, tiles, other construction works) to repair walls and roofs
All rehabilitation works will need to be completed within 45 days after contract signature date.

Vendors must take into consideration that the bakery does not stop production during the process of executing all works in the contract
أعمال إعادة التأهيل سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- أعادة تأهيل خطي الأنتاج في المخبز
o تقديم وتركيب محركات
o تقديم وتركيب بيت نار
o تقديم وتركيب سيور بوليستر ولباد
o تقديم وتركيب بعض قطع الغيار
o تنظيف ودهان الهيكل المعدني لخط الانتاج.
- إعادة تأهيل البنية التحتية لمبنى المخبز.
o تحسين الامن الخارجي )أبواب، نوافذ، أقفال(
o تحسين التمديدات الكهربائية والانارة
o اصلاح و/أو تركيب مواد الصرف الصحي الأساسية بما فيه صنابير المياه، والمغاسل.
o إصلاحات موضعية )إزالة آثار الدخان، تزريق، دهان، بلاط، أعمال بناء أخرى( لإصلاح الجدران
والأسطح
جميع اعمال يجب ان تنتهي خلال 45 يوم من تاريخ توقيع العقد
ملاحظة:
يجب على المتقدمين مراعاة عدم توقف المخبز عن الإنتاج خلال عملية تنفيذ كافة الأعمال المتعلقة بالعقد.

The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and
submission of their bids to the organization.
المنظمة غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف اوتكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار إليها.
