متطلبات العمل:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, child development/psychology, sociology or other relevant field.
- شهادة جامعية في العمل الاجتماعي ،علم النفس /تطوير الطفل أو أي فرع ذو صلة.
- At least two years’ experience preferably in child protection, child care and/ or working with vulnerable families, caregivers, communities and individuals.
- على الأقل سنتان خبرة في حماية الطفل /رعاية الطفل أو العمل مع العائلات الضعيفة ومقدمي الرعاية و المجتمعات و الأفراد.
- NGO experience preferable.
- يفضل خبرة في المنظمات الغير حكومية.
- Experience and/or excellent understanding of child rights, child protection, case management, psychosocial support and child and youth development.
- خبرة و / أو فهم ممتاز لحقوق الطفل ،حماية الطفل ،الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي وتطوير الأطفال و الشباب.
- Proven experience in psychosocial support to individuals and interaction with families, including counselling.
- خبرة مؤكدة في الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للأفراد و التواصل مع العائلات بما فيها الاستشارة.
- Proven experience in capacity building, coordinating activities, developing plans and drafting reports.
- خبرة مؤكدة في بناء القدرات و تنسيق الأنشطة و تطوير الخطط و وضع التقارير.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and capacity to maintain relations with community leaders, members, children and youth.
- مهارات شخصية و مهارات تواصل و تقديم قوية و القدرة على بناء علاقات مع وجهاء المجتمع و مع الأفراد والأطفال و الشباب.
- Proficiency in computer use including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- احترافية في العمل على الكمبيوتر بما في ذلك برامج الأوفيس و الاكسل.
الوصف الوظيفي:
- Support the identification of vulnerable children in need of individual support and counselling.
- دعم تحديد الاطفال المعرضين للخطر و المحتاجين للدعم و الاستشارة الفردية
- In collaboration with the Child Protection Monitoring team, establish and maintain relationships with key informants and community-based mechanisms.
- بالتعاون مع فريق مراقبة حماية الطفل, تأسيس علاقات جيدة مع المصادر الاساسية للمعلومات و الآليات المعتمدة على المجتمع
- Work closely with key informants, community-based mechanisms and parents and caregivers on developing their parenting skills, understanding and responding to the psychosocial challenges that they and their children may be facing.
- العمل عن كثب مع مقدمي المعلومات الأساسيين ،آليات مبنية على أساس مجتمعي و ومع الأباء و مقدمي الرعاية و تطوير مهارات الأبوة والفهم والاستجابة للتحديات النفسية الاجتماعية التي يمكن أن يواجهوهها هم و أبناؤهم.
- Building and maintaining the database of individual case files, including case planning, case follow up, and documentation of individual cases.
- بناء وصون قاعدة بيانات لملفات الحالات الفردية بما فيها التخطيط للحالة و المتابعة و توثيق الحالات الفردية.
- Support, coach and mentor SCI Staff and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure quality interventions for children in need of individual and/ or group psychosocial support.
- دعم وتوجيه و ارشاد كادر المنظمة و أصحاب الشأن لضمان التدخلات النوعية للأطفال المحتاجين للدعم النفسي الاجتماعي سواء أفراد أو مجموعة .
- Provide technical input and deliver activities in the area of child and family-focused protection, psychosocial support, youth-adolescents life skills, community child protection mechanisms, and capacity building, including integrated work with other SC sectors, such as education.
- تقديم المدخلات التقنية و ايصال الأنشطة في مناطق الحماية المركزة على الطفل و العائلة،الدعم النفسي،مهارات الحياة للشباب ،آليات حماية الطفل المحلية و بناء القدرات ويتضمن ذلك ادماج العمل مع القطاعات الأخرى لمنظمة انقاذ الطفل كالتعليم.,
- Draft weekly, monthly, progress and other reports, as required.
- وضع تقارير أسبوعية و شهرية بشأن التقدم الحاصل عند الحاجة
- Prepare financial and administrative documentation related to project activities, such as purchase and procurement requests, etc.
- تجهيز الوثائق المالية والادارية المتعلقة بنشاطات المشروع مثل طلبات الشراء …الخ
- Inform the direct supervisor about any challenges, difficulties and concerns in the implementation of activities or issues in the social context.
- اعلام المشرف المباشر عن أي تحديات و مصاعب و مخاوف بشأن تنفيذ النشاطات أو القضايا في السياق الاجتماعي.
- Ensure a strict adherence to the principles of child protection and child safeguarding at all times, including respect for confidentiality and always acting in the best interests of the child.
- ضمان الالتزام الحازم بمبادئ حماية الطفل في كل الأوقات بما في ذلك احترام الخصوصية و التصرف بأفضل ما يمكن لمصلحة الطفل دائما.
- Comply with Save the Children policies and practices with respect to child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
- التقيد بسياسات و ممارسات منظمة حماية الطفل مع احترام حماية الطفل و مدونة السلوك و الصحة والسلامة والفرص المتساوية والسياسات و الاجراءات الأخرى ذات الصلة .
- In agreement with CP Coordinator and CP Program Manager, perform other required duties within reason (in line with your skills and experience).
- بالاتفاق مع منسق حماية الطفل و مدير برامج حماية الطفل ،القيام بمهام أخرى مطلوبة بما يتماشى مع خبرتك و مهاراتك
