متطلبات العمل:
University Degree in relevant subject (social science, Public Health, communication, community outreach or mobilization)
1-3 years relevant work experience in an INGO
Proven experience in community outreach and mobilization
Experience in developing referral systems at community level an advantage
Experience working with children, women and vulnerable populations
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to positively influence cross departmental and cross sector working
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Training, capacity building, coaching, and mentoring skills
Knowledge of English, Arabic and Kurdish (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Ability and willingness to travel to all parts of the country
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements;
الوصف الوظيفي:
Outreach activities implementation
Responsible for the planning and implementation of all outreach activities
Responsible for the planning and implementation of all training activities for community outreach workers
Provide information to support officer to arrange meetings and training (identify venues, stationaries, and training supplies).
Provide information to support officer to ensure smooth daily activities implementation (procurement tracking, supplies needs, weekly vehicle movement plans).
In close collaboration with sector leads, set up referral system and tools to be implemented during outreach sessions (to MRFS supported facilities or other stakeholders)
Development/Adaptation of community outreach tools
In close collaboration with the other sectors officers, the COO will design or adapt existing communication tools according to the needs of the community targeted
Design the content of and monitoring and evaluation tools for community outreach sessions with the technical support of the sector officers
Coordinate with other sectors (health, MHPSS and women health/empowerment) on creating an integrated community outreach strategy.
Community outreach sessions
Supervise Community Outreach Workers to monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the community outreach sessions
Identify relevant sites and target publics to conduct outreach sessions
Plan and supervise implementation of outreach sessions on the different topics in appropriate sites (community, primary health clinics and food distributions, transit sites etc.)
Ensure that the community are aware of any health campaigns, health screening sessions as well providing community feedback on health, nutrition, women health, mental health, and hygiene promotion
Staff management/capacity building
Support the recruitment/training of community outreach workers
Identify training needs for outreach workers
Train staff on how to conduct outreach work, link with sector leads to reinforce their capacities per sectors
Train community outreach workers to deliver community awareness raising events
Support HR function by ensuring that monthly time sheets are signed and submitted on time.
Supervise the work and planning of community outreach workers
Reporting/data collection
Regularly update data related to community outreach activities from all sites of operations as well as monitoring of tools such as indicators tracking activity and work plan tracking and advise program teams on progress towards indicators.
Ensure field teams are collected and reporting their information correctly and accurately
Provide timely information for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports proposals and other required documentations
