متطلبات العمل:
o Essential Criteria:
- To possess at least diploma
- Proven experience with local and/or INGOs in leadership.
- Proven experience in managing teams
- Decision-making skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Age between 25-40 year
- Arabic speaker English is not required
o Desirable Criteria:
- To be from the targeted area or at least lived in the area for 5 years
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
الوصف الوظيفي:
o Training -A):
- Attend Prevention and Vector Management training sessions;
- Assist the Assistant prevention coordinator and the Prevention Officer to train a large team of daily-rate staff about the different vector control activities.
o (Daily to Ensure -B):
- That a pre-work inspection is conducted on all staff and equipment for cleanliness and functionality;
- Correct time-keeping by all staff members;
- Discipline and good order;
- Accurate records are maintained;
- Reports are prepared by supervisors on time and submitted to the Deputy Prevention Coordinator and the Senior Prevention Coordinator.
o (The Field Senior Prevention Officer Must -C):
- Rotate to visit each team in his/her charge at least once per week to observe standards of quality and safety;
- Assist with and facilitate public awareness programs;
- Where necessary liaise with local authorities pertaining to matters of common interest;
- Support the Deputy Prevention Coordinator;
- Assist in planning prevention campaign;
- Periodically visit the insecticide store to ensure safety requirements are maintained;
- Report to his/her line-manager any matter of concern which may affect the conduct of the program.
