متطلبات العمل:
Experience: minimum six moths
Language required: Kurdish, Arabic and spoken English
Gender: Male
Required conditions:
– Living in the area
– Previous experience of (6 months) working as guard for an INGO
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
– Ensure physical integrity and safety of UPP staff.
– Screen and control all arriving visitors/staff/vehicles.
– Verify that the persons entering UPP buildings are either UPP staff possessing UPP valid ID card/badge, or visitors having an appointment.
– Control all the movements around UPP properties;
– Control/Monitor the fire/security control alarm equipment. Ensure that alarm activations are handled promptly and properly.
– Inform immediately the responsible Agency Official/SFP, relevant local authorities in case of emergency relating to UPP properties such as interference, fire, threatening telephone calls, etc.
– Inform immediately the responsible Agency Official/SFP and/or local police of unattended emergency events in the vicinity of UPP properties.
– Inform immediately the responsible Agency Official/SFP and/or DO/DSS in case of receiving information on emergency situation with UPP employees.
– Ensure that all cabins/gates/doors are closed and locked, electricity switched off, no water leakage before leaving.
– Leave the place of duty only with a permission of UPP Security Advisor or Project Manager.
– Be polite and attentive with the visitors and while responding to the telephone calls.
– Inform immediately the relevant UPP staff Official/SFP of any important security related messages received.
