متطلبات العمل:

• Certified inhuman medicine or pharmacy

• At least 1-yearexperience in team management

• At least 3 years ofclinical experience

• Fluent in Arabic(spoken and written); fluency in Kurdish is an advantage.

• High standard ofspoken and written English.

• Good computerskills.

الوصف الوظيفي:

•Responsible for the implementation, management and supervision of the assignedhealth projects in line with the activity plan of the project proposal andnational and international guidelines. Conduct regular field trips to clinicsand other health facilities for support and supervision. Conduct assessments ofhealth facilities  when necessary.

• Ensure that regular monitoring and evaluation activities are conducted.Ensure the quality of the programme, with reports being made to the relevantfield managers. Provide input into the integration of beneficiary participationin all aspects of the project.

• Oversee the process of data collection to meet the requirements anddeadlines set by the organization and external partners.Working closely withthe Data officer ensure quality and deadlines for reports and data analysis.

• Provide inputs into the development of the country strategy and donorproposals.

• Represent the organization at relevant meetings involving localauthorities, UN agencies and other NGOs.

• Develop and maintain appropriate, regular, transparent and supportivecommunication structures with the assigned health team, the organizationin-country health managers and advisors and other relevant stakeholders (e.g.beneficiaries, local and national government officials, UN agencies and otherNGOs).
