متطلبات العمل:

Generic professional competencies for this position: 

• Experience in working as a fleet Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context

• Previous experience in working in complex and volatile contexts

• Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities

• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Context related skills, knowledge and experience:

• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members / drivers

• Good cultural awareness and sensitivity

• Analytical and reporting skills

• Good computer skill (Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

• Strong problem solving skills

الوصف الوظيفي:

• Ensure Fleet Management is done in accordance with the ORG standard practices

• Responsible for vehicle fleet management, including daily management of drivers

• Ensure rational utilization, maintenance, fuel consumption monitoring and controls systems are in place for fleet and generator usage

• Ensure the daily allocation of vehicles

• Follow up on and archive daily and weekly vehicle checks

• Make sure all vehicles have and use logbooks, collect and archive logbooks at the end of each month

• Follow up generator maintenance, logbooks and fuel supply

• Make sure all users of the generator are trained to do it

• Produce and archive car pool, and generator monthly reports
