متطلبات العمل:

Generic professional competencies:

• Experience in working as an Administration Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context

• Previous experience in working in complex and volatile contexts

• Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities

• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Context/ Specific skills, knowledge and experience:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent qualification

• 1 year of experience in similar role in an INGO

• A strong administrative service orientation

• Keen sense of compliance with policy and procedure

• Strong organizational and team working skills

• Good cultural awareness and sensitivity

• Good computer skills (Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

الوصف الوظيفي:

• Develop, implement and maintain effective office administrative systems and procedures

• Help setting up the office in its initial stages (e.g.: prepare office lay-out, facilitate and coordinate supply of furniture, equipment, and works for office(s) and guesthouse(s).

• Supervise and appraise Administration Assistant(s), cleaner(s) and cook(s)

• Initiate and follow-up on purchases (PRs) and cash advances related to the office(s), guesthouse(s), and support supplies

• Facilitate booking venues for trainings/workshops and meeting rooms

• Coordinate and facilitate stationaries needed for the office (e.g.: stationaries, kitchen supplies, and office materials)

• Assist in arranging travels (TARs), work permits, visas and other relevant permits for national and international staff, and for ORG’s visitors. Provide accommodation in guesthouse(s).

• Follow up on leases and payments for offices and guesthouses (including renewals and terminations)

• Ensure repairs and maintenance services for the office and guesthouses are done timely

• Ensure all payments of utility bills for office and guest houses; water, electricity and security are processed timely

• Provide secretarial support such as translation, typing, takings minutes, drafting letters
