الوصف الوظيفي:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support to food monitoring activities
2. a) Support to the Food Monitor and program team during the technical check for local vendors.
3. b) Helping in performing random checks and food safety training for selected local vendor.
4. c) Monitoring safe storage and hygienic practices of selected local vendor.
5. d) Supporting the program team during the distribution periods and ensuring food safety.
6. e) Provide help with food safety and nutrition training to beneficiaries.
7. f) Helping the food monitor in ensuring safe storing practices in ACTED warehouses.
8. g) Monitoring the status of packaging of ACTED food baskets.
9. Support to Organizational Learning

2.1.     Collection of Lessons Learned and Best Practices

1. a) Collect lessons learned and best practices from beneficiaries, community leaders, partners, and other stakeholders during monitoring missions;

2.2.     Monitoring Adherence to Program Strategies and Guidelines

1. a) Cross-check that project implementation adheres to the technical guidelines for the program, as required by the Food Security and Nutrition Specialist;
2. b) Monitor the implementation following the Food Security and Nutrition Specialist of lessons learned and best practices;
3. c) Cross-check the accuracy and relevance of program documentation associated to food monitoring and accordance with ACTED quality standards
4. Other
5. a) Participate in any meetings or conferences as required by the Food Monitor;
6. b) Perform any other related activities as assigned by immediate supervisor.
