متطلبات العمل:

Required conditions:

Minimum 25 years old;

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

Basic psycho social knowledge and previous experiences in this field;
Psychology or related field curriculum (desired);
Proficiency in MS Office;
Ability to work closely with the MHPSS advisor assessing the needs at local level;
Fluency in English (excellent), Kurdish and Arabic;
Previous experiences in simultaneous translation from English to Kurdish and /or Arabic (desired);
Autonomy in preparing MHPSS tools for trainings;
Capacity to collect data from the field and report them;
Autonomy in giving trainings for field level staff on MHPSS tools;
Previous experience in conducting focus groups;
Being proactive in providing inputs;
Update and maintain UPP database regularly;
Conduct regular field visits and provide full feedback to field staff on the reporting;
Assist in the design of a comprehensive reporting system across the program;
Provide inputs on the development of the overall monitoring and reporting system of the program as per program log-frame;
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
Attention to details and strong problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of Human Rights standards, NGO code of conduct and structure (previous NGO experience is an advantage).
Perform other duties as it may be required and assigned by the higher authority.

Experience: minimum 1-3 years

Language required: English (excellent), Kurdish, Arabic

Gender: Female and Male – Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Education: Bachelor Degree is an advantage.
