متطلبات العمل:

• Advanced university degree
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics valuable
• Knowledge in donor guidelines, reporting and logistics procedures
• Previous experience in stock, transport, supply, asset management
• Excellent attention to details, analytical capacity, organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English(essential), Arabic and Kurdish (desirable).
• Fully computer literate including working knowledge of microsoft Office and excel
• Fully able to travel widely and be fully mobile within Noth East Syria
• Personal qualities: We are looking for an implicated employee with an affection for team work and good organizational and interpersonal skills

 

الوصف الوظيفي:

Goal/purpose:

The Log Deputy support to monitors the logistic activities link to the donor agreement management for the Consortium members

Donors’ accountability:

• Assist in ensuring that all partners respect donors’ guidelines, especially regarding procurement, storage, fleet management and transportation, assets management
• Assist in ensuring that every change regarding the proposal for Logistics topics does not require donors’ first approval and are in line with donors’ guidelines
• Coordinate, receive, compile all the logistics reporting from each consortium members, according to the defined agenda
• Support the Logistics Specialist regarding the logistic reporting regarding the logistic reporting for validation

Procurement Management:

• Support each partner for the environmental analysis of national procurement and compile environmental analyzes done by each partner
• Implement and oversee the updating of price and providers lists for each partner
• Assist in Implementing and update a global suppliers list and a global price list to support all partners in procurement
• Check the procurement tables
• With logistics staffs for each partner, check that a purchase planning is integrated into the planning of activities and that each planning is consistent
• Assist in following up and supporting partners on procurement needs for markets or purchases for more than 50 000 USD

Stock Management:

• Assist in ensuring proper management of the consortium warehouses
• Assist in ensuring compliance with storage procedures and use of partners formats and donors’ guidelines
• Assist in the analyze of monthly inventory and coordinate between partners if needed
• Assist in consolidating and ensuring the value of donations for all partners in needed

Assets Management:

• Assist in ensuring assets purchases are in accordance with donor’ guidelines
• Assist in compiling reallocation requests of asset and material remaining at the end of program for all partners

Management and supervision of logistics:

• Support all partners for teams sizing and training for Logistics Team on donor’s compliance
• Assist in managing the internal conflicts between partners’ Logistics department
• Alert if any implementing issues related to logistics

Strategy / Reporting / capitalization / budget follow up

• Develop and implement appropriate procedures with collaborate with Logistic partners .
• Participate in the review of the consortium if needed regarding logistics topics and in linked with logistics department for each partner
• To consolidate, process and analyze monthly reports logistic bases regarding the update for the consortium and providing the logistics reporting to headquarters at the intervals defined
