متطلبات العمل:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1- 2year experience in the same field as a guard or equivalent
- Experience working with NGOs and demonstrated knowledge of humanitarian standards and codes of conducts is an asset.
- Language skills: Arabic fluently and English basics desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license advantage
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift; physically able to lift up to 25 kg.
- Able to work night, weekends, and holidays and for long hours
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independent.
- Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of entrusted assests and material.
- Demonstrates gender awareness and gender sensitivity
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds
- Excellent standard of dress and personal appearance (according to visibility profile).

The Watchman monitors the Solidarités International premises in order to guarantee the security of all goods, equipment and personnel on his/her assignment area.
