متطلبات العمل:

  • More than two years of experience in the same or similar positions preferably in international humanitarian organisation;
  • Preferably have experience of managing a full cycle of recruitment process and procedure in international humanitarian organization;
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes, employment policies and best practises;
  • Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Arabic both speaking and writing
  • Excellent computing and numeracy skill, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work in a systematic and organized manner, forward looking and planning skills;
  • Independent and self-driven, self-starter with initiative and proactive approach;
  • Respect to confidentiality ethics and have commitment to gender and equal opportunities;

 

الوصف الوظيفي:

  • Responsible for all recruitment process of national staff to support the achievements of program objectives which developing job description and manage vacancy announcement to attract qualified candidates from different background, religions and ethnicity to apply including women in line with equal opportunity principles;
  • Overall process of selection, defining criteria for assessment and feedback mechanism ensuring transparency, objectiveness for recruitment accountability;
  • Manage recruitment tracker on regular basis for distribution to hiring managers and relevant individuals in the organization ensuring data and information is accurate and up-to-date;
  • Pre-employment procedure and contract management ensuring all document pertaining to recruitment are complete for proper filing;
  • Responsible for coordinating staff induction program to newly hired staff, suggest for improvement of existing induction processes to ensure staff are aware of values and strategy, policies and practices relating to their employment;
  • Responsible for archiving of potential applications for future recruitment references.
