متطلبات العمل:
Experience:
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in translation
- Previous experience with NGOs is considered to be an advantage
Technical skills:
- A degree in translation or in languages is considered an advantage
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic (Mandatory)
- A good command of written and spoken Kurdish is an advantage.
- Good computer skills
Personal skills:
- Detail-oriented
- Having a high degree of confidentiality
- Personal qualities: We are looking for an implicated employee with an affection for team work and good interpersonal and communication skills
الوصف الوظيفي:
Translation
- Translate documents relating to Solidarités International activities and ensure strict adherence to the meaning and formatting of the original documents.
- Translate documents related to the context
- Translate news from social media
- Provide interpretation for conversations between Solidarités International personnel and/or its contacts
- Ensure that the intended parties fully understand the messages relayed by members SI
- Make recommendations on proper language use and expressions to expatriates according to local customs and contexts
- On request and as needed, provide language instruction to Solidarités International members
Reporting/communication:
- Ensure the confidentiality of all translated information and never express a personal point of view or opinion
- Report any problem relative to her/her job and the daily organization of work to his/her supervisor
