متطلبات العمل:

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

Qualification and Experience

 At least one year experience working with GBV protection programming

 Experience in counselling and case management

 Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).

 English and other local languages (Assyrian / Kurdish) would be an asset.

 Familiarity with humanitarian and protection related technical guidelines and standards, including Minimum Standards for Prevention and Response to Gender Based Violence in Emergencies (GBViE), Child Protection Minimum Standards (CPiE), IASC guidelines, and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).

 Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.

 Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suit).

 Commitment, patience, and resilience.

 Able to cope with traumatic situations.

 Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in planning and problem solving.

 Strong organizational and team building skills.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills

 Organizational and time-management skills

 Decision-making skills

 Ability to deal with Special Needs preferred

الوصف الوظيفي:

 Provide direct support and care for adults and child survivors of gender-based violence, including counselling and basic management.

 Conduct direct follow up of GBV survivors through home visits and regular follow up visits based on survivors’ wishes and consent.

 Ensure proper documentation of reported GBV incidences through utilization of case intake, action, follow up and other case management forms appropriately.

 Provide physical accompaniment to survivors of GBV to access other services in accordance with their wishes, choices and decisions.

 Follow GBV guiding principles of respect, confidentiality, and safety /security and non-discrimination while providing services to women and girls.

 Monitor how the GBV referral path way is working through making direct follow ups with other organizations that are providing services to survivors.

 Conduct and help plan and organize psychosocial /group support activities with women and adolescent girls to meet the emotional needs of survivors, build support networks among women/girls, and promote social integration of survivors and other vulnerable women.

 Work with the women and girls in the community to identify their needs, interest and priority, and where possible, adapt activities according to these to ensure activities offered are cultural appropriate and meet the needs of women and girls.

 Lead sessions to increase awareness on the consequences of GBV, promote available services to women and girls and address stigma preventing access to services at the women centers.

 Actively engages in trainings provided by CHF.

 Accomplish her/his duty of care in a friendly manner and ensure beneficiaries are not exposed to stress.

 All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
