متطلبات العمل:

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

Qualification and Experience

 Minimum of one years’ work experience in protection programming.

 Experience working in insecure environments.

 Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).

 English and other local languages (Assyrian / Kurdish) would be an asset.

 Familiarity with humanitarian and protection related technical guidelines and standards, including Minimum Standards for Prevention and Response to Gender Based Violence in Emergencies (GBViE), Child Protection Minimum Standards (CPiE), IASC guidelines, and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).

 Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.

 Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suit).

 Commitment, patience, and resilience.

 Able to cope with traumatic situations.

 Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in planning and problem solving.

 Strong organizational and team building skills.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills

 Organizational and time-management skills

 Decision-making skills

الوصف الوظيفي:

Support the Protection Officer in developing the weekly and monthly schedules for the center and teams.

Ensure activities run according to minimum standards and best practices and are appropriate for the context.

Ensure programming is on track in absence of direct supervisor, reporting daily on important issues that requiresupervisor feedback and decision-making.

Monitor daily activities of the Facilitators in line with the work plans.

Support in program assessments and determination of new program space locations, needs, and activities.

Assist to coordinate the mobile team’s movement plan with team leaders.

Support program development and provide recommendations, as required.

Arrange and facilitate capacity building trainings for protection staff.

Conduct community engagement with parents, women and children to encourage children to attend activities.

Help in preparing weekly reports and collecting data.

Ensure a safe working environment for all people involved in project implementation and maintain the higheststandards of behavior when working with women and girls.

Maintain up-to-date information about existing services.

 Document lessons learned and prepare regular field reports.

 Support program-related administration for human resources, procurement, and logistics for the center in partnership with the Officer, including tracking of attendance, inventory of materials, and maintaining weekly staff movement plan.

 All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
