متطلبات العمل:
Education:
High school degree is required. Bachelor degree is desired.
Qualification and Experience
Minimum of one-year work experience in the field.
Experience working in insecure environments.
Experience working with children/women.
Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision.
Computer literacy skills.
Strong organizational and team working skills.
Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
Syrian national.
Integrity, transparency, and strong work ethics.
Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).
English and other local languages (Assyrian / Kurdish) would be an asset.

Availability and willingness to travel in North East Syria.
Commitment, patience, and resilience.
Able to cope with traumatic situations.
Good communication and problem solving skills.
الوصف الوظيفي:
Facilitate or lead psychosocial and recreational activities for boys, girls, men, and women in the community.
Adhere to CHF’s code of conduct, GBV Minimum Standards, and Child Protection Minimum Standards.
Maintain accurate records of people reached through mobile services.
Maintain inventory of materials and submit procurement requests as needed.
Actively engage in trainings provided by CHF.
Sensitize parents and community members to key GBV and CP messages.
Actively build trustful relationships between Children and Women within his/her group.
Pay attention to women and children`s needs and feelings, shows empathy and utilizes participatoryapproaches in activities.
Closely follows up on individual women and children participation in activities and identifies special needs.
Report any observed problem of a women and children to the social worker for necessary support or referralto other supportive network.
As appropriate, conduct individual and home-based visits with children to follow up on protection needs.
Ensures safety of women and children during group activities and avoids harmful exercises.
Ensures activities are appropriate for the physical and mental capacity of women and children.
Develop activity plans according to the area of responsibility assigned by his/her supervisor and based on thebest interest and needs of beneficiaries.
Provide PFA and recreational activities for girls and boys, women and men, based on community needs.
Disseminate information on available services and provide awareness raising activities.
Coordinate with protection actors and organizations from other sectors as needed.
Participate in periodic staff meetings and share success stories with staff.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
