متطلبات العمل:
Education:
University or institute degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of NGOs work experience.
Skills/Competencies:
- Good Knowledge of English language, and fluency in Arabic.
- Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, and outlook).
- Have high standards of ethics and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and working location
الوصف الوظيفي:
- Setting up a mechanism for distributing both Food items and none food items (NFI).
- Planning, Implementing and assessing distribution process on daily, weekly and Monthly basis, in coordination with Distribution Officer.
- Pursuing the activity of warehouse team and coordinating the distribution with them.
- Preparing Strategies for any emergency distribution case with the Distribution officer.
- Providing distribution staff with tools and Techniques which are related to distribution process.
- Offering all the requirements for distribution process.
- Archiving all documents related to distribution process.
- Providing verbal and written reports to Distribution officer about Job mechanism.
- Writing assessment reports about distribution process (achievements, challenges, recommendation…etc.).
- Coordinating with camp Administration when need regarding of Refugees and IDPs data.
- Prepare for, organize and implement of all distribution activities.
- Deal with complaints or issue related to distribution through suitable mechanisms.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing distribution activities and report on unmet needs and gaps.
- Organize the daily/weekly/monthly work-plan, in coordination with the line managers.
- Manage conflicts when they arise and always find solutions.
- Conduct post distribution monitoring, bilateral interviews and/or focus group discussion with vulnerable displaced households in order to identify specific needs and refer the cases.
- Ensure beneficiaries are respected and cared for during distribution activities.
- Prioritize vulnerable cases during distribution and provide needed support.
